Hotel Colombo - Naples

The room was air conditioned with comfortable beds...

Had a lovely stay, the hotel is good small.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was convenient close to Convenient to get to the local market and transport and restaurants. My venue room was large and functional with a balcony. The food for breakfast, especially croissants, jam, and cheese, was good!

We had a spotless room with air conditioner.

Was treated nicely by all people at reception unfortunately onle one person was able to speak english.

Unfortunately location is Rubbish. On the way to the hotel from station 5-6min away a pick pocket took something out of the sidepocket of my backpack, luckily I noticed it and got it back. Tip avoid walking through busy areas(side stall on the street) as this is where they strike.

The stuff and the service they provided. Rooms are comfortable, and have new furniture. Located near central train station.

No noise isolation between the rooms. We could hear our neighbors using the toilet. The hotel is located in slam area, however, the whole city seem to be like this.

Amazing place for adventure lovers! Great stuff, tasty coffee, free wifi. But the best is location - for those who have come to see real Naples and not looking for comfort staying in beach resort. Yes - there are prostitutes under windows, but their working hours will not disturb you even if you want to be disturbed:)) - from 8Am till 7 Pm - like everybody in the city

The room is small. And I ordered a double bed, but I had two single beds put together.

Arrived to check in 11am for a Twin room. Room was unmade from last night which was not so bad as just wanted to dropped bags off. Bed was also made up as a double though was two single beds pushed together. Spoke to reception and he said it be sorted later. Arrived back at 5pm and room still not made up! Complained to reception, no other rooms available so it took an hour for someone to come and make up the room to a twin. Weren't offered refreshment whilst waiting or discount in the morning.

The breakfast meal was delicious and enjoyable with croissants and honey and cheese.

The staff's personalized tips for local sights greatly enhanced our experience, and the daily room cleaning made us feel comfortable during our stay.

I was here for 2 days and would love to come back here some time. The staff was proactive, the room was functional, everything was cool. The breakfast was delicious and abundant with a lot of different food. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The private parking was nearby, very good service.

This is not about the hotell Why can the not clean the town It is unpleasent to walk around in the city with all the waste.

Couldn't recommend more for a transient stop.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the breakfast offered a delicious selection of pastries to start my day, while the 24-hour reception made late check-ins easy.

Don't have any issues at all.

unfortunately the hotel is situated quite close to the railway station and is in the middle of a street trading area, therefore very noisey, rubbish everywhere and one could feel a little unsafe.
