The staff at Colombo were outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a smooth airport transfer. The room was clean, with a small safe and refrigerator, and we appreciated the quick response to our requests for a separate room for our teens. The location was also conveniently close to transportation options.

The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, but we never had any issues.
